When you download, register with, or use this App, we may ask you to provide:

• Information by filling in forms in the App. This includes information you provide when registering to use the B.A.I.X App, and subscribing to our service. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with the App.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may charge you a fee to access your personal information, however, we will notify you of any fee in advance.
We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and your right to access, and to provide you with the personal information that we hold about you or make your requested changes.
